Hiking trails and waterfalls dot the countryside and provide some of the best views found anywhere. There is always something to do in the northwest corner of South Carolina.

Here are the available floor plans for Lot 1.

The Clarkson

An open floor plan, the Clarkson makes efficient use of its 1206 square feet. The long foyer provides access to the 2 guest bedrooms, shared bath and laundry room, which is also accessible from the garage. The family room boasts a cathedral ceiling and is open to the kitchen and dining room, perfect for entertaining.

The Gibson

For some plans, we try to bring in higher-end features at a more affordable price. With the Gibson, we’ve introduced a covered back patio into a plan that sits at a more affordable price point. Combined with a large family room, the Gibson is a unique home with a smaller footprint.

The Sullivan

The Sullivan floor plan accommodates narrow lots without compromising in living space. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other, but a cathedral ceiling above the family room sets it apart and avoids the feeling of being inside one large room (instead of three). The kitchen connects to the covered rear patio, simplifying outdoor meals.

The Atwood

With an expansive, open downstairs layout and a large covered rear patio—the Atwood makes a great choice for those who like to keep the living space separate from the bedrooms. All three bedrooms are upstairs, along with the laundry room. That separation makes the downstairs an ideal spot for entertaining guests. Walking into the foyer, you’ll find a study directly to the side. This flexible space could easily become a den (or even a guest room in a pinch). A half-bathroom serves the entire downstairs area.
