Pendleton
One of Upstate’s oldest communities, Pendleton sits just a few mile from Clemson. A tightly knit community, Pendleton is known for its Southern hospitality and rich local history.
Since it was established in 1790, Pendleton features plenty of historic houses and landmarks worth exploring, including the 1820s Ashtabula and 1830s Woodburn Plantation. Town Square is always bustling with activity weather it’s local shopping or a festival. It’s always a great place to hang out.
